Your role & influence as Vendor Marketing Project Manager
Responsibility You will be given responsibility for leading the end-to-end execution of vendor marketing initiatives across the Nordics and Benelux, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with strategy, and drive measurable business impact through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Collaboration Together with your team, you take care of delivering impactful vendor marketing plans and activities. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments within Brand & Marketing and Category & Vendor Management, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and strong campaign performance.
Core activities:
Own campaign execution end-to-end – Build and refine briefs, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery of vendor marketing campaigns from planning to final reporting
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with Design, Production, Channels, Category and Vendor Management to align stakeholders and execute high-quality campaigns
Drive performance and optimisation – Track budgets, monitor campaign results, and analyse performance data to continuously improve impact and commercial outcomes

Additionally, it's important that:
You have 2–5 years of experience in marketing project management or coordination, preferably within IT or retail
You excel at stakeholder management and communicate clearly across functions
You bring strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented, proactive mindset
Experience with vendor marketing, cross-functional campaign coordination, and working with multiple stakeholders
Technical skills in data analysis and marketing tools, with experience in tools like Jira considered a plus
