Main responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of global vendor management and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives
  • Drive process automation, standardization, and optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across all global locations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, GBUs, and Corporate Functions to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful process improvements
  • Work with IT teams to select, implement, and maintain technology solutions, leveraging AI technologies to enhance the Source-to-Pay function and drive innovation
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor management, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies through robust control frameworks
  • Monitor KPIs and reporting on process effectiveness, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and tracking value generated from improvement projects

About you

Experience:

  • Proven experience in vendor management and onboarding roles within large, multinational organizations
  • Strong process improvement experience with methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Project management experience with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience with vendor management systems (VMS) and related technologies
  • Healthcare and/or life sciences industry experience preferred
  • People management and team leadership experience

Technical and Soft Skills:

  • Deep understanding of vendor management and onboarding best practices
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and drive change
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work in highly matrixed environments
  • Business acumen and ability to build trust and partner across the enterprise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, CPP) advantageous

Languages:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) essential

Travel:

  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time

The salary range for this position is Ft24 000 000,00 - Ft36 000 000,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
