We are looking for a Vending Technician to ensure machine is well operated at outlet and return at branches on time. Ensure all the ticket been completed closed and physical machine's status tally with C4C system Monitor usage & sufficient of spare parts at service van.

A day in the life of a Vending Technician

  • Organize Technical related trainings on end customer. Organize Drink Quality Programmes training and user machine handling procedure training for key customer.
  • Manage Service vehicle spare parts inventory, replenish spare parts to ensure sufficient parts for day to day machine installation. Measure all use spare part must return to warehouse.
  • Ensure all the machine setup on timely manner and maintain good end cup. Support Sales or event, functions on machine demonstration technical part.
  • Ensure all machine activities according to Nestle guidelines, Machine contract verified and signed, Inspected and in good conditions.
  • Monitor NPCC report, Ensure all machines are audited and maintain in good conditions.

What will make you successful

  • Degree in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field (at least 1 year in the foodservice industry)
  • Good communication, presentation & PR skills required.
