Vending Machine Stocker / Inventory Associate | Part-Time | $16–$17/hr

About the Job

We are seeking a dependable, organized individual to help stock and maintain vending machines and manage product inventory.

The primary focus of this position is making sure vending machines are properly stocked with snacks, beverages, and other products. You will also help organize inventory, monitor product levels, rotate merchandise, and prepare products for restocking.

This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and being active throughout the workday.

Flexible part-time hours are available.

What You'll Do

• Stock snacks, beverages, and other products in vending machines

• Check inventory levels and replenish products as needed

• Load and organize products for vending machine restocking

• Maintain accurate inventory counts

• Rotate merchandise and check expiration dates

• Keep vending machines clean, organized, and presentable

• Identify products that are running low or selling quickly

• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory

• Report vending machine problems or maintenance concerns

• Assist with occasional general stocking, inventory, or operational tasks as needed

Schedule

• Part-time position

• Flexible hours

• Schedule can be arranged based on business needs and employee availability

• Additional hours may occasionally be available

Pay

• $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and able to work independently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable handling inventory and keeping accurate product counts

• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, load, and unload products during the workday

• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the shift

• Previous vending, stocking, inventory, merchandising, warehouse, retail stocking, or route experience is helpful but not required

• Reliable transportation

Security Clearance Requirement

This position involves working in a secured environment.

Applicants must be able to successfully pass the required background screening and security clearance process before beginning work.
