PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
Alcanzar los indicadores clave de rendimiento personales y contribuir al desempeño general de la tienda.
Ofrecer una satisfacción total a cada cliente, siguiendo el recorrido del cliente de principio a fin, desde que entra en la tienda hasta que sale de ella.
Ayudar a garantizar que la tienda siga siendo lo más comercial posible siguiendo las directrices de la empresa.
Cumplir las políticas y los procedimientos de la empresa.
Ser responsablede mantener las normas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente en la tienda.
Realizar otras tareas requeridas por el equipo directivo.
REQUISITOS PARA EL ÉXITO:
Trabajador en equipo.
Demostrar aptitudes de atención al cliente.
Pasión por el comercio minorista y las ventas.
Ganas de aprender.
Capacidad de realizar operaciones matemáticas básicas y procesos operativos generales de venta al por menor.
