- Provide technical support for engine and transmission testing.
- Engines, transmissions, and axles assembly/disassembly (measure torque, follow service manual procedures, etc.).
- Replace engine and transmission components (cylinder heads, intake and exhaust manifolds, torque converters, etc.).
- Perform preventive and corrective engine maintenance (spark plug replacement, compression and leak testing, cooling system pressurization, etc.).
- Changing components on vehicles (catalytic converters, axles, tire/wheel assemblies, transmissions)
- Verify the vehicle's mechanical condition according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain measuring and testing equipment in optimal working condition.
Qualifications
- Ability to drive vehicles on any terrain or in any condition.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics.
- Basic computer skills, including diagram interpretation and service procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, leadership, and the ability to build strong relationships focused on achieving the organization goals.
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is desirable.
