Vehicle Technician
£40,000-£45,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

As a Vehicle Technician, youll be at the forefront of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of high-end vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle that leaves the garage is in pristine condition, meeting the highest standards of safety and performance. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and is always eager to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.

Our client is an established and reputable upmarket RAC Approved garage known for its exceptional customer service and unwavering commitment to quality. Located in Burnham-on-Crouch, they cater to a discerning clientele who expect nothing but the best. The garage is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and the team is made up of experienced professionals who share a passion for the automotive industry.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• one Saturday per month: (Every 1st Saturday) 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure vehicle longevity.
• Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
• Repairing and replacing clutches, Timing Belts, and other critical components.
• Liaise with Service and Office Managers on the day-to-day runnings of the workshop
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and tools.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within the agreed timeframes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably in an upmarket or luxury setting.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Must have own tools
• Qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT testing license. (Advantageous)
