Salary: £40,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

In this position, you will be the driving force behind ensuring every vehicle that enters the workshop leaves in top-notch condition. From diagnostics to repairs and maintenance, you will handle a variety of tasks that demand technical expertise and a meticulous approach. This role offers the opportunity to work with a range of vehicles in a modern, fully-equipped workshop, where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established auto repair shop in Callington, known for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with their customers. Their commitment to quality work and customer care has earned them a stellar reputation in the community. The workshop is equipped with the latest technology, ensuring that you have the tools you need to excel in your role.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month required

Key Duties

  • Conducting vehicle diagnostics and identifying issues.
  • Performing repairs and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Keeping detailed records of all work carried out.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
