🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in the showroom
- Guide new and returning riders through their buying journey with confidence
- Stay on top of all product knowledge through OEM training & certifications
- Log every lead and customer interaction in our CRM
- Support the showroom team with inventory movement and merchandising
- Work closely with the sales team and managers to crush monthly goals

- 🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in powersports or related sales
- Obtain a valid California Vehicle Sales License (required prior to start date)
- Goal-driven, coachable, and passionate about customer satisfaction
- Strong communicator and team player with a can-do attitude
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
