About the Role

Austral Honda are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.

This is a great opportunity to represent a trusted global brand while delivering high‑quality customer experiences in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

You will guide customers through the full purchasing journey, building strong relationships and delivering tailored vehicle solutions while achieving strong sales outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate Honda vehicle models and features
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistent follow‑up
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to achieve targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail environment highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up capability
• Current driver’s licence
