About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to delivery, while providing an exceptional customer experience. You’ll represent one of Australia’s most iconic automotive brands and play a key role in the continued success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
• Prepare and follow up quotes, contracts, and finance introductions
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships and prospect for new business
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a premium handover experience

About You

• Previous experience in vehicle sales or retail sales (automotive preferred, but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target‑driven with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Professional presentation and customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work Saturdays and in a team environment
• Current driver’s licence
