Job Description

DFDS is looking for a Vehicle Representative Specialist to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure excellent customer experience.

In This Role, You Will
As a Vehicle Representative Specialist, you will manage vehicle procurement in line with shipment plans and ensure compliance with destination and requirements. You will verify vehicle suitability, oversee documentation, and provide timely updates to operations teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing vehicle procurement processes in line with the shipment plan and ensuring vehicles are sourced according to the specified criteria,

  • Checking and approving the suitability of vehicles in relation to the destination country and the type of cargo to be transported,

  • Ensuring that all required documents and paperwork are uploaded to the system in a complete manner and monitoring the process,

  • Providing timely vehicle suitability information to the operations departments,

  • Ensuring that all procurement and operational processes are carried out through the Quadro system and keeping all data up to date within the system,

  • Updating vehicle procurement pricing and contract documents regularly and recording them in the system

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from a related field,

  • Minimum 2 years operation experience in the logistics sector,

  • Knowledge and experience in intermodal transportation and partial transportation,

  • Proficient in English,

  • Strong communication skills,

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

  • Team player, planning, organizing, tracking and reporting skills,

  • Proficient in MS Office.
