AcquireandpreserveknowledgeofstateandfederallawsastheypertaintoBankruptcyandCollection
KnowledgeablewiththeregulationssurroundingtherightofoffsetandfreezingfundswithregardsSSI,SSDandPension.
Retainstateandfederallawswithregardtorepossessions
WellInformedwiththeFairCreditReportingActandtheCFPBastheypertaintocollections
Maintainabusinessrelationshipwithoutsidecollectionattorneys,repossessionagents,andothercollection-relatedvendorsto ensure accurate and timely service
Responsiblekeepingtherepossessionspreadsheetaccurateanduptodate
Accountableforassigningrepossessionouttoourvendorusingtherepossessionsoftware
Responsibleforprovidingaccuratecostsandfeesassociatedwithrepossessions
Sendrepossessioninventorytobeinspectedanddetailedandortransported
PreparesRighttoRedeemletters,PublicSaleletters,andDeficiencybalanceletters
Processesallsalesproceedsanddistributesthemtotheproperlocations(i.e.CollectionExpenseGL,RepossessionGL, Bankruptcy GL and member loan)
Contactscreditorstoobtainlienreleases

Starting Compensation: $20.68 - $24.82/hr., plus a competitive benefits package
