We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Vehicle Receiver to join our team based at Farrow Road, Campbelltown

This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical part in ensuring every vehicle is received, inspected, stored, and prepared to the highest standard — ready for delivery to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive and inspect all incoming vehicles
• Identify and report any damage or quality concerns upon arrival
• Accurately enter vehicle details into internal systems
• Process and manage insurance claims for damaged vehicles
• Coordinate vehicle flow with carriers, stock control and pre-delivery teams.
• Organise and manage vehicle storage across multiple locations
• Ensure vehicles are fuelled, securely stored, and maintained in showroom-ready condition
• Assist with vehicle movements between sites and delivery preparation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, proactive attitude with strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable using systems such as TUNE, SAP or similar DMS platforms
• A current NSW Driver’s Licence (essential)
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer experience
