We're looking for a Vehicle Movement Drivers to join our New Zealand Service teams in Wellington and Christchurch and support Acusensus' mission of improving road safety. This is a field-based role involving the safe, timely relocation of vehicles and trailers to sites across the country — perfect if you enjoy being on the road and take pride in a job done properly.

Reporting to the National Manager - Operations, and working closely with the Business Operations Coordinator, you'll help keep our vehicle fleet accurately stocked, presentable, and ready to deploy for the next client. You'll work independently on the road, with support from the wider Operations and NOC team back at base.

  • Ensure vehicles are moved on time to meet operational and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare vehicles to a presentable standard, ensuring they are refueled and cleanly staged for the next client.
  • Communicate regularly with the Business Operations Coordinator, NOC Operators and other department leaders to support real-time coordination.

What You'll Bring

  • A Full Class 1 Driver's Licence and a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a driver role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm and effective under pressure.
  • Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel nationally at short notice, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required.
  • If you're reliable, love being on the road, and want to play a hands-on role in road safety, this is your chance to be part of something that matters.
