In this dynamic role, you will manage the digital infrastructure and operational flow of new vehicle launches. You will be responsible for setting up ordering systems, balancing production mixes to meet market demand, and ensuring full regulatory and financial compliance. This is a high-visibility position that requires a blend of technical system management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to hit monthly sales goals and maintain operational excellence.

  • Launch Readiness & System Configuration: Manage digital catalogs and ordering guides to ensure all vehicle configurations (color, trim, packages) are accurate and orderable.
  • Production & Inventory Programming: Analyze production mixes and manage system restrictions to balance inventory with market demand up to two years in advance.
  • Wholesale & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all financial and regulatory requirements—including VIN structures and tax keys—are met to prevent invoicing delays.
  • Pre-Production Coordination: Order and track pre-production units (TT, PP, MP1) to ensure launch milestones are met.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Lead alignment sessions for vehicle specifications and provide expert troubleshooting for dealer inquiries and system errors.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use advanced dashboards to monitor order bank availability, model year changeovers, and sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience managing data dashboards.
  • System Knowledge: Ability to quickly master complex inventory and ordering systems (experience with WBDO, MEVIS, or SPCPS is a plus).
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify root causes in system logic or invoicing errors.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and align objectives across Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency is essential for collaborating with North American and European global teams.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, such as month-end closures and vehicle changeover dates.
