• Support end-to-end vehicle homologation and certification activities
• Prepare and manage documentation for regulatory submissions
• Coordinate with engineering and calibration teams on compliance requirements
• Ensure vehicles meet emissions and regulatory standards prior to release
• Track certification timelines, approvals, and regulatory updates
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance verification
• Support submission processes for regulatory authorities

• Vehicle testing & validation (emissions, safety, performance)
• Regulatory compliance review (EPA / CARB standards)
• Technical documentation preparation and submission
• Certification process understanding
• Coordination with engineering and calibration teams
• Emissions compliance knowledge
• Data accuracy, tracking, and reporting

• Microsoft Excel (data tracking & reporting)
• Microsoft Word (documentation preparation)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (reporting & presentations)
• Microsoft Outlook & Teams (communication & coordination)
• General ability to adapt to compliance and engineering systems

• Experience in automotive OEM or supplier environment
• Exposure to emissions testing and regulatory compliance programs
• Strong understanding of homologation or certification processes
