Exciting Opportunity for Vehicle Handover Specialist – Automotive Customer Experience!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong interest in the automotive industry? We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Vehicle Handover Specialist to ensure a seamless and personalized vehicle delivery experience. This role will be responsible for preparing customers for their new vehicles, providing product demonstrations, completing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure every handover is completed smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for scheduled customer handovers.
• Welcome customers professionally and guide them through the complete vehicle handover process.
• Explain vehicle features, functions, controls, and basic operations clearly and confidently.
• Ensure all required documentation, including registration, insurance, delivery receipts, and customer acknowledgments, is complete and properly filed.
• Conduct vehicle inspection checklists before handover and ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and delivery-ready.
• Demonstrate and assist customers with infotainment systems, Bluetooth, mobile applications, connectivity, and driver-assistance features.
• Address customer questions during the handover and provide appropriate follow-up support after delivery.
• Collect all required customer signatures and acknowledgments upon vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate personalized delivery arrangements, including welcome kits or merchandise where applicable.
• Support test-drive coordination and assist with showroom presentation when required.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Workshop, and Detailing teams to ensure vehicles are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle handovers and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve the vehicle handover process based on customer feedback and internal audits.
• Attend product knowledge, customer experience, and delivery training sessions regularly.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Delivery or Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive or car sales environment.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently explain vehicle features and technology to customers. Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused approach are essential.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Computer literate with the ability to use standard MS Office and relevant customer or vehicle management systems.
