The salary for this position is £27,976 with an OTE of up to £37,500 per annum.
What You’ll Do
Dismantle vehicles safely and efficiently — we’ll train you on the right methods and equipment
Identify and remove quality reusable parts for resale
Work in a fast-paced workshop environment with a strong focus on safety and quality
Be part of a close-knit team working towards shared daily targets
What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for cars and automotive work — whether you’re a hobbyist, home mechanic, or experienced pro
A positive, proactive attitude and the desire to learn and grow
Reliability and pride in your work
Previous experience in vehicle dismantling or automotive repair is a bonus — but not essential
