• 
  Leadership and Team Management: Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

  Operational Oversight: Manage the scheduling and execution of vehicle and component tests, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and testing standards.
• 
  Technical Expertise: Develop and implement advanced testing methodologies for evaluating passive safety vehicle performance metrics.
• 
  Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection, interpretation, and documentation of test data, providing comprehensive reports and insights to project stakeholders.
• 
  Quality Assurance: Ensure the lab's test procedures and equipment meet industry and regulatory standards.
• 
  Oversee calibration and maintenance of Crash Test Lab facility and related equipment.
• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with T&V, design, and other R&D teams to align testing strategies with development goals and project timelines.
• 
  Innovation: Stay updated on new testing technologies and methodologies, incorporating relevant advancements to enhance lab capabilities

Requirements

Requirement

• 
  Education: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive passive safety testing and at least 5 years in a leadership role within a passive safety testing or laboratory environment.
• 
  In-depth knowledge of automotive safety standards and regulations (e.g., FMVSS, Euro NCAP, IIHS).
• 
  Hands-on experience with crash test procedures, simulation tools (e.g., LS-DYNA, MADYMO), and vehicle safety system design.
• 
  Technical Skills: Proficiency with Crash Lab testing equipment (propulsion system, blocks and barriers, SLED), vehicle data acquisition tools and performance analysis software.
• 
  Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
• 
  Certification: Relevant industry certifications in automotive testing or engineering (preferred).
• 
  Knowledge and understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 17025 systems
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & analysis tools
• 
  Strong communication skills - English language – upper intermediate or high lever(speak , read and write) B category driver licence
