So, What does is Vehicle Connected Services?

  • The Vehicle Connected Services department is responsible for the development and operations of all systems required to enable connected car features for Canadian Nissan and INFINITI vehicles

A Day in the Life:

  • Perform testing and validation of off-board Vehicle Connected Services components such as web portals & mobile apps, root-cause analysis, inputting issues into ticketing systems, tracking progress of fixes, and validating the fixes.
  • Work with and validate connected services features directly in vehicles, as well as assist with the upkeep of vehicles
  • Provide research support to Vehicle Connected Services department including industry benchmarking activities, content audits, analysis and recommendations to enhance the execution of connected vehicle programs.
  • Perform regular recurring reporting and customer touchpoint tasks.
  • Provide support cross-functionally, across the organization, answering questions related to Vehicle Connected Services customer benefits in Canada (e.g. provide feedback on Vehicle Connected Services-related training and marketing materials, PR materials, website updates, etc.)

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Experience with JIRA, Power BI, and SQL/database queries is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
  • A Team player who has strong communication skills

Required:

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a co-op or internship requirement in Computer Science or Engineering University or College Program.

Hourly Rate Range:
$21.00 - $24.00

Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).

All employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screenings in accordance with Nissan policies and as permitted by applicable statutes and regulations.
