Job Location: RIVERSIDE, CA 92507
Salary Range: $24.00 - $29.00 Hourly

Role Overview:
The Vehicle Application Coordinator serves as the technical bridge between product engineering and market fitment for our aftermarket automotive and powersports divisions. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our global application data and supporting the Research & Development (R&D) team in the development of next generation engine and cabin air filtration products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Fitment Management: Own and maintain the internal vehicle fitment application database, ensuring all product listings across automotive and powersports segments are accurate, up to date, and optimized for customer search.
- R&D Support & Product Development: Assist engineering teams in the end to end development of new engine and cabin air filters. Provide technical insights into vehicle specific constraints and filtration requirements.
- Component Sourcing: Proactively locate and acquire OEM air boxes and related intake components from dealerships, or private sellers to facilitate prototyping and testing.
- Knowledge Archiving: Manage and archive all R&D articles, test reports, and technical documentation to ensure a centralized, searchable repository for future product iterations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and new vehicle releases in both the automotive and powersports (ATV, UTV, Motorcycle) sectors to identify gaps for new product development.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Industry Expertise: Strong working knowledge of automotive and powersport vehicle platforms, including a deep understanding of engine air intake and HVAC systems.
- Data Management: Proficiency in managing complex databases and spreadsheets; experience with Catalog Management Systems or ACES/PIES standards is a significant plus.
- Research Skills: Proven ability to navigate technical manuals, OEM parts catalogs, and industry journals to verify application data.
- Logistics & Sourcing: Ability to coordinate the procurement of physical parts for testing, including managing vendors and shipping logistics.
- Documentation: High level of organization with a focus on meticulous recordkeeping and technical writing.
Preferred Attributes:
- Passionate about the aftermarket performance industry.
- Hands on experience in vehicle maintenance or mechanical repair.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
