Now Hiring - Vehicle Acquisition Specialist/Service Admin

Pay: $18 Hourly, plus eligible forbonus opportunities

Schedule: Full Time

In this role, you play a critical role in driving our vehicle acquisition strategy by assisting us in buying vehicles from people from customers visiting our service drive as well as responding to internet leads from customers looking to sell their vehicle.

In this high-impact role, you will identify, evaluate, and secure vehicle inventory through sourcing, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

This key role will assist a two-dealership complex in vehicle acquisition by contacting qualified listings to offer them a fair and professional solution for the sale of their vehicle.

  • Contact qualified listings to offer them a professional and fair solution for the sale of their vehicle
  • Respond to internet inquiries related to off-the-street purchases
  • Facilitate appointment setting
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals
  • Provide administrative support
  • Answer customer telephone queries & maintain client records

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative support &/or customer service experience a plus
  • Automotive experience, preferred
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
