As our KBB Representative (Used Car Buyer), you are one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda/VW of Port Charlotte You are responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves experience for all of our guests and using your communication skills to identify needs and offer trade-in solutions to our sales department.

Your work will ensure our guests are 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great way for a dedicated and outgoing person to kick-start your sales career with us!

What you’ll do:

• Make phone calls, send emails, and texts to connect with leads.
• Schedule in person appraisals and appointments
• Maintain schedule and meet customers to do in personal appraisal and cash offer on vehicle
• Manage buying paperwork & assist customer through process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

• Proficient with CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong communication and negotiating skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
