Enterprise has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator. This position’s job duties will include, but not be limited to the processing of vehicle registrations and license plates, assisting with vehicle payment processes and other related invoicing, the installation of vehicles for our operations and providing excellent customer service to our local offices.

This position is located at 4489 Campbells Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

Responsibilities

  • The Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator’s job duties will include, but not be limited to:

    • Operationally and financially install all units for our operations.
    • Assist with ordering of vehicles.
    • Process vehicle payments in PeopleSoft and communicate needs to Business Management.
    • Provide excellent customer service to local dealer contacts and branches.
    • Assist with plating vehicles.
    • Process tags and renewals.
    • Maintain all titles for vehicles.
    • Handle all requests for expired plates from branches and communicate branch needs.
    • Send out daily updates to the team.
    • Assist with processing of expired plates.
    • Assist with printing VIN stickers and transporting tags.
    • Interact daily with other department personnel and branches.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
