Veeva Vault MARV Specialist

The MARV Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, conducting POC, configuring and unit testing for Veeva Vault Medical(MARV) based on the requirements provided by Medical Affairs. The MARV Specialist will proactively work with other members of the team, BA, QA, and business to get clarification or details on requirements. He / she will be responsible for documenting and validating the changes, will need to provide demonstration of the requirements to the team / business users and assist with training. The MARV Engineer should have excellent communication skills. The MARV Engineer should have experience in SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand how all Medical Affairs team functions
• Solution and Deliver configurations based on the sprint
• Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation
• Collaborate with platform owner, platform manager, business analyst, quality assurance engineer, and stakeholders to ensure business goals are met
• Train and assist junior platform engineers

Qualifications

• Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ yrs of experience in Veeva Vault
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Medical / PromoMats
  • Veeva Vault Platform certification
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise end-to-end content lifecycle processes in Veeva Vault Medical
  • Experience working with teams in international, multi-country, and multi-cultural environments
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment is preferred
  • Strong “soft skills” and English communication skills, with the ability to make users understand and align on the technical feasibility of the requirements
  • Strong teamwork ethics
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC
  • Knowledge of Medical Affairs
  • GenAI knowledge or practical experience recommended
