>Monitoring a reportování klíčových výkonnostních ukazatelů (KPI).
>Aktivní spolupráce s odděleními - kvality, výroby, logistiky,....
>Podpora profesního rozvoje a motivace týmu.
>Řešení operativních problémů přímo na pracovišti.
Požadujeme:
>SŠ/VŠ technického zaměření, elektro vzdělání
>Znalost nástrojů Lean manufacturing (5S, SMED, TPM, VSM, Kanban apod.)
>Orientace ve standardech kvality pro automotive (např. ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).
>Znalost výrobních technologií.
>Schopnost vedení týmu a řešení konfliktů.
>Silné organizační schopnosti a důraz na priorizaci úkolů.
>Vysoké nasazení a schopnost zvládat stres.
>Dobrá znalost práce na PC (MS Windows, MS Office)
>Komunikativní úroveň AJ
