Job Description

Role Purpose

As a SAP Variant Configuration Modeling Specialist, you will develop and maintain Variant Configuration models in SAP ECC and SSC environments to support configured products across the NAFTA region. You will translate product and business data into logical configuration requirements while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Line Management, Pricing, Customer Experience, and Data teams. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialized Variant Configuration expertise while supporting complex product and manufacturing processes.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of SAP experience, with strong understanding of BOMs, routings, product data, manufacturing data, or related SAP processes.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and global stakeholders.- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex processes and translate data into structured system requirements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project/program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
