Activities

Join Eurovat & Wivat and become a key player in delivering expert VAT refund services to international clients in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Your activities:

  • Manage customer accounts end‑to‑end, from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing relationship management via email, phone, and digital channels.
  • Maintain and customize customer accounts in ARTIC, ensuring data accuracy, document verification, and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Advise and upsell Eurovat services, providing expertise on VAT and Excise Duty refund processes and maximizing value for customers.
  • Execute VAT and Excise Duty refund operations, including document verification, claim validation, calculations, submission, and follow‑up.
  • Manage appeals and support customers during audits conducted by tax and customs authorities.
  • Coordinate financial follow‑up, ensuring accurate invoicing, refund transfers, and payments to and from customers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by testing system changes and participating in team projects to streamline operations.

Candidate Profile

📚 Education: A‑level standard required; graduate level preferred.

Experience: Initial to solid professional experience required, with exposure to data‑driven, operational, or client‑facing roles.

🖥️ Technical skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, high level of autonomy and organization, solid IT proficiency, ideally with advanced MS Office tools; ability to process large volumes of data accurately while meeting strict deadlines.

👉 Soft skills: Good communication and commercial awareness, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and willingness to support and train colleagues.

🌍 Languages: Professional proficiency in Serbian or Croatian and English. French and Polish are appreciated.
