Job Title: Vascular Surgery

Location: East Region

What You’ll Champion:

  • WellSpan Health is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join and help grow a high‑impact vascular surgery program serving Good Samaritan Hospital and Ephrata Community Hospital in Lebanon and Lancaster Counties.
  • New full-time opportunity with the vision to build a collaborative three‑provider vascular team supported by an equitable coverage and call structure.
  • Practice includes a balanced and rewarding scope of care: OR and endovascular procedures, outpatient clinic, wound care, and inpatient consults/rounds.
  • Ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive vascular skill set and a passion for delivering high‑quality care in a community hospital setting with strong regional need.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient access, reducing transfers by rebuilding a sustainable vascular program close to home for our communities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Boarded in appropriate specialty. Upon Hire Required and
  • Completion of a residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Teaching skills.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Good phone skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Organized, sets priorities, and able to multi-task.
