HealthPartners is seeking a BE/BC Vascular Neurologist to join a well-established, collegial, and growing cerebrovascular program. You will be embedded in a team of six neurohospitalists and vascular neurologists delivering high-acuity stroke care across one of the largest integrated health systems in the Upper Midwest, with a clinical footprint that spans inpatient, outpatient, and telemedicine settings in MN and WI.
Our stroke program spans eight hospitals across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin, with facilities ranging from Acute Stroke Ready designation to Comprehensive Stroke Center certification. The program is anchored by neuro-endovascular capability, dedicated RN stroke coordinators, and a robust telestroke network that extends subspecialty expertise across the full HealthPartners system. You will practice within a true multidisciplinary team, vascular neurologists, interventional neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, and neurocritical care neurologists — delivering the breadth of infrastructure and partnership that advanced cerebrovascular care demands.
Acute stroke evaluation and management, including thrombolysis and thrombectomy coordination
Inpatient acute care neurology and stroke consult coverage at Regions Hospital and Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital
Outpatient cerebrovascular follow-up and secondary prevention
Tele-vascular neurology coverage across the broader HealthPartners network
This position offers meaningful opportunities beyond clinical care. Candidates with interest in stroke program development, quality improvement, or administrative leadership are encouraged to apply — there is room to grow into a program leadership role for the right candidate.
HealthPartners supports an active teaching mission with opportunities for resident and fellow education, clinical research participation, and quality improvement initiatives. Candidates with academic interests will find a supportive environment for scholarly work.
