Job Description

Starting at $22.25 per hour (+10% Shift Differential). The 2nd Shift VAS (Value Added Service) Crew Lead will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

The shift is from 2:30PM - 11:30PM Monday - Friday.

What You'll Do

  • Assist VAS Supervisor with daily tasks
  • Plan daily duties according to priority
  • Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload
  • Direct operation tasks to team members
  • Perform replenishment, put-away and shipping processes
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
  • Previous general SAP experience
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred
  • Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
  • Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Desire to grow with our company
  • Driver Experience is preferred
  • An attention to detail where accuracy is key
  • An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Must be able to communicate effectively with others.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to count accurately and efficiently
