Job Description

Responsible for supporting the administration and execution of Variable Compensation processes across the organization. The role focuses on system maintenance, data validation, stakeholder support, process automation, and business intelligence reporting through dashboards and analytical tools.

Whatyou’lldo

  • VC Calculation Maintenance: this is a core recurring activity in which the employee will continuously focus on meeting SLAs and improving data accuracy. This work directly strengthens stakeholder trust and reinforces the principles of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Done via Varicent ICM maintenance (payee structure, budget coordination, credit rules maintenance etc)
  • Territory Management: maintain territory and organizational structures by monitoring sales force changes, ensuring data accuracy and supporting process standardization and automation efforts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visibility to improve transparency, support management through data-driven decisions and reinforce customer focus.
  • Support sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives and Varicent SPM tool maintenance.

What you need to have

  • This role requires basic experience in the Sales & Sales Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Advanced English level
  • Intermediate Spanish level
  • Basic Portuguese preferred
  • Experience with process automation or analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or VBA is a plus.
