Position Title: Van Salesman (Medium Truck)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Van Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a medium truck, promoting and selling beverages and FMCG products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and traditional trade stores across Qatar. The role requires strong sales skills, customer relationship management, and efficient cash and stock handling.
Promote and sell company products to Bakalas (traditional stores) and Supermarkets (modern trade)
Introduce and promote new products to retailers to expand market coverage.
Ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery of products.
Manage cash collection from customers and update records in the order-taking system.
Handle and record return stocks according to company policy.
Maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and complies with safety standards.
Valid Qatar Medium Truck Driving License (mandatory).
Minimum 4 years experience in van sales within beverages or FMCG products in Qatar.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Age requirement: 23 42 years.
Nationality:
Locally sourced candidates: Any nationality.
Overseas hiring: Any nationality except Bangladeshis, Ugandans, and Indian Non-Muslims (due to ABA visa restrictions; Indian Muslims are acceptable).
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of Qatars retail and wholesale market.
Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of order management systems.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of van sales.
