Job Title: Van Driver: Certified Nursing Assistant

Requirements:

• Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record in accordance with the company's Driver and Vehicle Safety Policy.

Responsibilities:

• Transports patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner.
• Delivers and retrieves patients from various facilities for doctor's appointments; picks up admissions from hospitals and other locations.
• Inspects the company van monthly using the Vehicle Maintenance Log and reports all maintenance or vehicle needs to the Administrator.
