We are looking for a part time 21+ hours per week and a Per Diem Van Driver to transport our clients for our Adult Day Health program in our Fall River location. The hourly rate range is $18 - $19 and the position is Monday through Friday split shift, 6:30 - 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 - 5:00 p.m.
The Adult Day Health Program is a medically-based program that helps the participant remain independent while promoting good health and well being.

**Must be able to successfully complete a MA State CORI check, CPS check and company paid, pre-employment physical, drug testing and be enrolled in our drug and alcohol testing consortium.**
