Porters Neck Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled. PRN position - Weekends and evenings as needed. $17.50/hr.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

  • Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
  • Assist residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
  • Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
  • Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A valid, current CDL with Passenger endorsement
  • Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required
