Your new opportunity:

We have a new opportunity available for a qualified CPV or RPV looking to further develop their career in the valuations industry. This role will be located in the Launceston, Tasmania. Working with Opteon's best in market proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture. We have significant work volume, so this is a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available.

We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.

A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• RPV and/or CPV status
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
