Value Stream Production Team Leader

We are strengthening our team in Production-Manufacturing and Assembly-Production at our Location in Arifiye/Sakarya.

About the team and role:

As part of the Production–Manufacturing and Assembly team in Arifiye/Sakarya, you will lead the value stream by ensuring on-time and efficient production in line with planning. You will monitor daily performance, drive improvements in quality, efficiency, 5S, and safety, prepare shift plans, analyze production data, and lead continuous improvement and cost reduction activities while ensuring full compliance with ZF standards.

What you can look forward to as Value Stream Production Team Leader:

• Carrying out production fully and on time, in line with the production schedule, by using available resources in the most effective way
• Monitoring, improving, and taking action to ensure operator compliance with absenteeism, quality, efficiency, discipline, 5S, waste, and defect indicators
• Preparing and publishing the shift plan of the next week's production lines
• Ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with ZF company standards and regulations, while contributing to a safe working environment
• Collecting and analyzing statistical data related to process downtime in manufacturing, including TPM and OEE studies
• Leading continuous improvement projects for manufacturing processes and equipment
• Reducing costs and scrap through effective use of resources in production and leading and actively participating in production efficiency projects
• Closely monitoring and implementing occupational safety improvement activities

Your profile as Value Stream Production Team Leader:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience in machining and assembly processes
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High motivation for learning and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrating competence in problem-solving and eager to learn
