Raytheon Circuit Card Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Value Stream Lead to manage and oversee our Surface Mount Technology Value Stream. As a senior leader, you will drive operational excellence, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, lead cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end processes within the value stream to meet customer requirements. This role will play a critical part in achieving our goals in efficiency, quality, and cost management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Operational Leadership: Lead all aspects of the Front-End Process, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, customer commitments, and operational targets.
  • Value Stream Planning: Develop and execute production schedules, capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet demand while optimizing productivity and costs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including operators, engineers, and technical support staff. Foster collaboration and accountability across the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement Lean principles, CORE methodologies, and other best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production control, quality, and other cross business teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive innovation within the value stream.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, on-time delivery, yield, cycle time, Unit Hour performance, COPQ, and customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to production schedules, yield issues, and technical challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Serve as the primary interface with internal NHA customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment to expectations.
  • Growth: Lead the team through a period of rapid growth, process migration and new capital release to production.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Program and/or project management.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience working with aerospace and defense industry standards or customers.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar value streams successfully.
  • Expertise in back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes, including [assembly, packaging, testing, etc.].
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • EVMS certification
  • High computer literacy and with confidence and skill working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and familiarity with Raytheon systems (PRISM, PDM, CMES).
  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean or CORE/six sigma project implementation
  • Metrics-driven

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
