Job Description

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive real business value? As a Value Realisation Manager at Specsavers, you'll play a key role in helping us understand, measure and maximise the impact of our investments, programmes and strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a business that's committed to changing lives through better sight and hearing, ensuring that great ideas translate into measurable outcomes that benefit our colleagues, customers and partners.

Working across Finance, Commercial, Transformation and regional teams, you'll support the development of value measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting that provide clear visibility of business performance. You'll analyse financial, commercial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, creating actionable insights that support decision-making at every level. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align on measures of success, embed consistent approaches to performance measurement and help drive continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong analytical capability and experience working with complex datasets, performance reporting and KPI development. You'll be confident translating data into clear, commercially focused recommendations and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to influence thinking and build alignment. Experience in value realisation, business performance, transformation or benefits management environments will set you up for success, alongside strong Excel skills and a naturally curious mindset that enjoys solving problems and uncovering opportunities.

At Specsavers, you'll join a supportive, collaborative team where your work will have genuine visibility and impact. You'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise, build relationships across a global organisation and contribute to the evolution of a growing business capability. If you're looking for a role where you can combine analytical thinking with commercial insight and help shape how value is measured and delivered across the organisation, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and be part of something that makes a real difference.

This role closes on 20th October 2026. So don’t delay your application, apply now - you’ll be glad you did.

Due to the high level of interest we receive for some opportunities, we may close this vacancy earlier than the advertised closing date. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

We believe our differences make us stronger. That's why we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive. We also recognise that flexibility matters and are happy to consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
