This role is part of the Value team, within the larger US Consumer Cards organizationThe Citi Value (Non-Rewards) portfolio is one of thelargestinUSConsumerCards - with the most cardmembers and generating the highestreturnsforthebusiness. Key Responsibilities:
OutlineoptimalValue customer interactions aligned with the portfolio strategy and implement a robust pipeline of improvements across Value customer touchpoints in partnership with our cross-functional partners (Marketing, Digital, Servicing)
Assistwith new product development efforts
Manage day-to-day operations for Secured credit card portfolio
Lead portfolio compliance with policies and other governance processes
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of credit card industry and competitor products/services
Customer-centric mindset
Ability to quicklyidentifyissues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions
Comfort with analyzing data,identifyingtrendsand reviewingcredit cardPnL
Strong negotiationand influencingskills
Project management and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience;Master’sdegree preferred and getting thingsdone
