We are seeking a proactive and experiencedValue & Market Access Managerto join our German affiliate team in Berlin. This role offers the chance to lead national market access strategies and shape the future of healthcare delivery in Germany.

About the Role

As Value & Market Access Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute national pricing and market access strategies in alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Lead the strategic concept and execution of the AMNOG benefit assessment process for innovative medicines.
• Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and value propositions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage pricing negotiations and develop pricing strategies tailored to the German healthcare landscape.
• Analyse healthcare policies and regulations to identify opportunities and risks for market access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, commercial, and government affairs teams to align access strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including payers, government officials, and industry associations.
• Monitor and influence policy developments and proactively shape the market environment.
• Support real-world evidence initiatives and lead disease advocacy activities with KOLs, patient organizations, and health authorities.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for hands on and strategic professional with:

• Experience in market access role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing market access strategies.
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency in health economics and outcomes research.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• A curious, proactive mindset with a passion for improving patients’ lives.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, economics, public policy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
