In this high-profile position, you will work alongside other members of the ValU Care Redesign team, as well as clinical and operational teams to help drive quality and performance improvement efforts for UCLA Health while supporting the MOVERS/ValU initiative. You will assess problems, compile/analyze data, develop improvement teams, collect metrics and facilitate improvement efforts. You will use Lean and other related methodologies to support process and quality improvement and facilitate and sustain change. You will also independently facilitate projects and meet deadlines according to the needs of the project team.
UCLA Health salary range for this title code is $100,161 - $218,718/annually. Please note that the department's target pay range is $115,000 - $155,000/annually.
