Plutus21 Partners is looking for a Value Creation Associate to join the value creation team in Morocco. The role takes ownership of client engagements from the early stages, establishing the structure, processes, and delivery standards required to run them, and then transitions them to supporting teams so the core team can move on to the next engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the launch of new client engagements by establishing working processes, reporting structures, and delivery standards in the early stages.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams within client engagements and firm-wide initiatives, advancing progress between check-ins rather than solely monitoring status.
• Hand over stabilised engagements to supporting teams, documenting processes and providing the guidance needed for delivery to continue without disruption.
• Work across multiple concurrent engagements, allocating time and attention according to firm priorities.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing communication and follow-through to the standards expected of the firm.
• Attend client meetings, capturing key information, identifying required actions, and ensuring commitments are fulfilled on time.
• Produce client-facing deliverables including research summaries, meeting recaps, project updates, and recommendations.
• Represent the firm in internal and client meetings, exercise pre-authorized judgment where required, and deliver clear summaries with recommended next steps.
• Identify risks, delays, and gaps within engagements and resolve them directly or escalate them with a proposed course of action.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and background materials to ensure full alignment ahead of engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or business operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with direct responsibility for client relationships or deliverables.
• Experience setting up new projects or workstreams from the ground up, including defining processes where none previously existed.
• Demonstrated ability to own several concurrent engagements or workstreams without close supervision.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership or partners in a demanding, multi-priority environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Working proficiency in French or Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient across project management platforms, CRM systems, and standard productivity tools, with the ability to adopt new systems quickly.
• Proactive and self-directed, with a consistent record of identifying what needs to be done and following through without repeated instruction.
• Adaptable to a dynamic scope of responsibilities that will shift in line with firm priorities and growth.
