ROLE OBJECTIVE
Own the execution of digital andAI‑enabledproducts for literature review automation and value dossier automation, acting as Product Owner embedded within an India ICC delivery team.
The role ensures scientific andevidence‑basedrequirements are translated into robust,compliantand usable automation capabilitiesthat accelerate evidence generation and dossier development.
Acts as the voice of the user within the delivery team, ensuring solutions are built right, built fast and built to be adopted.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES
Own andmaintainthe product backlogfor literature review and value dossier automation components.
Translate evidence workflows into clear user storiescovering search, extraction,synthesisanddossier assembly.
Work embedded within the India ICC delivery team, partnering closely with engineering, data, AI, UX and testing rolesas well as external suppliers as needed.
Ensure traceability, transparency and auditability requirements are reflected in delivery.
Support sprint planning, backlogrefinementand release reviews.
Validate outputs with evidence and access SMEs to ensure scientific credibility.
Feed lessons learned and adoption feedback into backlog evolution.

Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Delivery Leadon data‑or document‑heavydigital products.
Understanding of literature review, evidencesynthesisor value dossier processes
Familiarity with AI/NLP‑baseddocument automation is an advantage.
Strong requirements definition and backlog management capability.
Experience in agile delivery environments.
Background in life sciences,healthcareorevidence‑relateddomains preferred.
