
The Value Analysis Coordinator supports The Guthrie Clinic's value analysis and supply chain optimization efforts by coordinating clinical and operational product evaluations, facilitating value analysis activities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role partners with clinical, operational, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure product standardization, cost effectiveness, quality outcomes, and alignment with Guthrie's mission and organizational priorities. The position functions at the Individual Contributor / Emerging Leader level within Guthrie's Leadership Framework.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and support the value analysis process, including intake, tracking, and documentation of product and service requests.
•Prepare and maintain value analysis agendas, meeting materials, summaries, and action item follow-up.
•Collect, analyze, and present qualitative and quantitative data related to cost, utilization, outcomes, and operational impact to support decision-making.
•Collaborate with clinical leaders, physicians, nursing, supply chain, finance, and vendors throughout the evaluation lifecycle.
•Support product trials, conversions, and standardization initiatives, ensuring adherence to approved processes.
•Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting tools related to value analysis activities.
•Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices.
•Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to value analysis workflows and stakeholder engagement.
•Assists with the recall management process

Education Required
•High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Education Preferred
•Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, supply chain, nursing, or a related field.
Experience Required
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, supply chain, clinical operations, or an analytical/coordination role.
•Demonstrated experience working with data, documentation, and cross-functional teams.
Experience Preferred
•Experience supporting value analysis, supply chain operations, or clinical product evaluation in a healthcare setting.
•Familiarity with healthcare contracting, inventory management, or ERP systems.
