You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
As a Senior Manager, you will manage a portfolio of valuation engagements and be responsible for the timely completion and quality delivery of projects. You will support the Directors and Partners in delivering client work, building strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the London Valuation Team.
Significant valuation experience gained within a professional services environment or a similar advisory setting.
Strong technical valuation expertise across a range of methodologies, including discounted cash flow analysis, market multiples, options pricing models, intangible asset valuations, and tax-related valuations.
Demonstrable experience managing valuation engagements and delivering high-quality client service.
Strong people management and coaching skills, with a genuine interest in developing junior professionals.
A sound understanding of quality, risk, and commercial management principles.
The ability to interpret financial statements and assess value drivers across a variety of situations and sectors.
