Job Description

As the Valuation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing the valuation processes for our company. Your expertise and leadership will ensure accurate and timely valuations, contributing to our overall success in the real estate market.   • Manage and supervise a team of real estate valuers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality valuations.
  • Review and approve complex valuation reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement efficient valuation processes, utilizing technology and data-driven approaches.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices, incorporating new insights into valuation methodologies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align valuation strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Mentor and train junior valuers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of valuation reports, meeting client deadlines and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic quality control checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of valuation data.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • A minimum of 8 years of practical experience in real estate asset valuation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Thorough understanding of real estate valuation principles, methods, and industry regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using valuation software and technology tools for efficient data analysis.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications or designations in real estate valuation are an asset.
