Valuations Manager

Location: Horsham
Salary: Up to £35,785 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:30pm + every other Saturday 9am–1pm

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Valuations Manager to join our successful estate agency team in Horsham.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional with a strong background in valuations, listings, and residential sales who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You’ll play a key role in growing market share, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the wider branch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and increase market share for residential sales
• Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
• Build strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Manage and convert enquiries into viewings and sales
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to other departments
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
• Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Keep up to date with local market trends and available properties
• Support the day-to-day running of the branch and assist team members
• Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in estate agency (Senior Negotiator / Valuer / Assistant Manager level)
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong valuation and listing experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Positive attitude and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred
